Flexible residential layouts are organised to optimise daylight, ventilation, and adaptability, while shared amenity levels foster social interaction. Sustainable strategies are embedded throughout, shaping a livable and forward-looking vertical community.

A biophilic environment for movement, wellness and community
Avion’s landscape concept aims to nourish through design, creating an urban retreat and wellness space. Responding to the opportunity of implementing a biophilic environment into the landscape design and centering its role as a community space, we aim to foster family values through shared recreational experiences within this landscape.
A biodiversity-led planting strategy creates varied microclimates that respond to the architectural layout and spatial hierarchy. At the ground floor we focus more on creating functional and impactful transit spaces, while on the podium, the spaces are crafted for moments of community engagements, while both areas carry the same landscape language.
